For the month of November, I am launching a 30-day Kick-Start Challenge. It is not a crash diet or weight-loss challenge. Instead, its goal is to help you practice one healthy task each day. Whether it’s fitness or nutrition related, the task is going to be simple and doable. My hope is that as you do this each day, you will see just how easy it is to incorporate healthy choices. I’ll be with you along the way and I’ll be posting you reminders each day on Facebook and Instagram.
Remember, there are only 3 rules for this 30-day challenge:
- Complete each day’s ONE fitness/nutrition task
- This is a guilt-free zone. If you forget one day, keep going.
- Try your best.
