Hello, my name is Thomas Ngo and welcome to my fitness and nutrition blog! I have a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and a second bachelor’s degree from SFSU in Nutrition/Dietetics. Currently, I’m completing my year-long Dietetic Internship to become a Registered Dietitian. Fitness is another love of mine. I am a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer, and my expertise lies in combining exercise and nutrition.  I’m taking on this wonderful adventure in my life in health/fitness, and I’m excited to share all of my knowledge and experience with you.

    Hey Thomas! We met at El Camino Mountain View. I was a dietetic intern in foodservice. I’m just finishing my clinical next week!
